Time to Rethink Flexible Working  

Giving flexibility over who, where, when and the hours people work, is increasingly in demand but the number of flexible jobs advertised falls well short of that demand.

With the government recently announcing their intention to introduce the right to request flexible working from day one for all employees, means that the whole workforce will be able to request it whether in post for ten years or ten minutes.

There’s a huge opportunity for businesses to extend a mindset shift around becoming a flexible employer as the advantages can far outweigh the disadvantages making permanent improvements to benefit both the employee and the organisation.
